Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
To honor both your time and mine, a deposit is required for all in-person, phone, and virtual appointments. Each session is crafted with intention, care, and energy specifically for you. When you book, your appointment time is reserved exclusively in your name, meaning no one else can request that slot.
Appointment Confirmation
You will receive a confirmation reminder 24 hours before your scheduled session.
Rescheduling Policy
Life happens, and I completely understand.
You may reschedule your appointment once with at least 24 hours’ notice.
If you need to reschedule a second time, a new session purchase will be required.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel, a minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed appointments will result in forfeiture of your payment.
This policy ensures fairness for all clients and allows me to protect the time and energy dedicated to each unique session.
