1. Processing Times

All items are handmade with intention.
Processing times are typically:

  • 2–4 business days for candles, kits, and metaphysical items

  • Digital products are delivered instantly via email or download

During holidays, sales, or high-order volume, processing may take longer.

2. Shipping Times & Carriers

We ship through USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
Typical delivery times:

  • Domestic U.S.: 3–10 business days

  • International shipping (if available): Varies by country

Fearless Intuitive Co. is not responsible for postal delays.

3. Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.

4. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Fearless Intuitive Co. is not responsible for:

  • Lost packages

  • Stolen packages

  • Carrier delays

  • Incorrect addresses entered by the customer

If your package is marked “delivered” but you didn’t receive it, please contact your local post office first.

5. Incorrect Shipping Information

If you enter the wrong address, email us immediately.
If the order has not shipped, we will update it.

We are not responsible for replacing or reshipping orders delivered to incorrect addresses entered by the customer.

6. International Orders

Customs fees, import taxes, and duties are the customer’s responsibility.
