4. Booking Policies & Cancellation Rules

By booking a session, you agree to the following:

  • A deposit is required for all in-person, phone, and virtual sessions.

  • Appointments require 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.

  • You may reschedule one time only.

  • If you reschedule a second time, a new session must be purchased.

  • Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed appointments will result in forfeiture of payment.

  • All deposits and service payments are non-refundable.

5. Digital Product Policy

By purchasing a digital product, you acknowledge:

  • All digital products are non-refundable due to immediate access being granted.

  • You may download digital items for personal use only.

  • Redistribution, resale, sharing, uploading, or copying digital content is strictly prohibited.

6. Physical Product Policy

Physical products may include handcrafted spiritual items, candles, spell kits, crystal bundles, and custom kits. Please note:

  • Natural variations may occur due to the handmade and metaphysical nature of the products.

  • Physical products are non-returnable unless damaged upon arrival.

  • If an item arrives damaged, you must notify us within 72 hours with photo evidence.

7. Disclaimer
